Finance Offers: All finance offers and prices are subject to change without notice. Finance is provided, subject to status, by RCI Financial Services Ltd, PO Box 493, Watford, WD17 1FJ (for Renault) or Fiat Financial Services, PO Box 108, Leeds, LS27 0WU (for Fiat). RCI Financial Services Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Written quotations available on request. You must be at least 18 and a UK resident (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) to apply for finance.
Examples shown are applicable to models ordered, purchased new and registered during the offer period (ask us for details). These finance offers supersede all previously advertised offers, are available to private and small business customers (operating 24 vehicles maximum) and exclude Motability customers, driving schools, private hire, taxis and contract hire. These offers are for GB only - separate offers apply in Northern Ireland.
Renault and Fiat reserve the right to amend or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice. Vehicle prices are manufacturer's recommended retail prices and are correct at time of publication, including 20% VAT and the manufacturer's recommended 'On The Road' charge. Hire Purchase: This is perhaps the most well-known form of financing any asset that you do not wish to pay for outright. When choosing this option, you are taking out a loan to pay for the vehicle which you then settle through regular monthly payments covering the cost of the vehicle together with the agreed interest on the loan. Businesses choosing a HP arrangement should note that VAT is only recoverable in relation to commercial vehicles.
PCP / Contract Purchase: This can apply to both businesses and private individuals alike and involves paying a fixed monthly payment throughout the duration of the contract. At the start of the agreement an end of term value is agreed, which gives you the option to buy the vehicle outright, refinance the remaining amount or simply hand the vehicle back and walk away. Using this method, there is no VAT payable in relation to the finance payments; however VAT is applied to any optional services such as maintenance.
3,000 miles Free Fuel Offer: The Free Fuel offer applies to new retail and local business sales ordered and registered by 31st December 2011. The Free Fuel calculation is based on the official manufacturers’ combined fuel consumption figure and UK average fuel cost (source: AA Fuel Price Report - August 2011) for each vehicle and engine applicable to the offer. A free fuel card will be sent to the registered keeper within 5 working days of vehicle registration. Offer cannot be used as a discount off the final invoice.
Free Road Tax for 3 Years: The first year Road Fund Licence (RFL) is included in the ‘on the road’ price. The Dealer will provide customers with a cheque equivalent to twice the current RFL cost. It is the customer’s responsibility to apply for RFL for years 2 and 3.
3 Year or 100,000 mile Warranty: Applies to new vehicles up to a period of 3 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. Available at partici-pating dealers only. All offers available on new cars when ordered and registered by 31st December 2011, unless otherwise stated.
3 Years Expert Servicing: Service offer covers vehicles for 3 years or 30,000 miles (whichever comes first) and is available at the point of new car registration. The service offer can be transferred to another new vehicle at no extra cost. Services must be carried out in line with manufacturer’s servicing schedule and can be carried out at any Renault dealer. Service offer valid on all vehicles registered prior to 31st December 2011.
3 Year Roadside Asssistance: Renault Assistance provides the services of the AA for 3 years, only covering manufacturer-based or mechanical faults on your vehicle. Applies to the UK only (excludes Southern Ireland). All figures correct at time of going to print. We reserve the right to withdraw offers without prior notice.

The Contract Between Us
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Squadron Leader. Squadron Leader must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
Once payment has been received Squadron Leader will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Squadron Leader's acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
Squadron Leader is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
General Terms
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, online bidding, pre–release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.
These terms and conditions only cover the Squadron Leader website. Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. Payment Details
Squadron Leader accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Maestro and Delta. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.
Upon receiving your order Squadron Leader carries out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds in order to fulfil the transaction. No payment is debited from your card during this pre-authorisation check. Your card will only be charged upon dispatch of the items in your order. Your card will not be debited for items in your order which have not been dispatched, apart from magazine subscriptions, which, due to their nature are invoiced before the magazine is dispatched.
Availability of Goods you Order
If Squadron Leader has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by Squadron Leader from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and Squadron Leader will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Squadron Leader will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Please note: we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update.
Changes to this Agreement
Squadron Leader reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
